At Nordi Blinds, we prioritise the highest quality of our products, giving you peace of mind. Our pleated blind are manufactured in Poland and the production of all components and fabric is based on modern technologies.

Our blinds come with a 24-month warranty starting from the purchase date. Please keep your invoice or order confirmation as it is a validation of warranty. The warranty includes coverage for material and manufacturing defects, along with shipping to the service centre, repair work, required materials, and return shipping to the customer. Please note that the warranty does not cover any on-site customer visits.

Placing an order through our website is pretty simple. Click on your favourite ready-made  set and enter your measurements on the next screen, or go to shop and choose the type of fabric, its colour, and colour of the profile in the configurator.

We strive to ensure your payment process is as simple as possible and as secure as we can make it. Therefore, we accept online payments through the Stripe app.

Order modification or cancellation can only be processed if the manufacturing process has not yet begun. Please get in touch with us to request changes to your order and to confirm if this is feasible.

Usually orders are delivered within approximately 10 working days via UPS to the nearest delivery point

To install a blind you’ll likely need a pencil, a tape measure, a drill, a spirit level and a screwdriver. Learn how to install pleats from the ‘Instructions’ tab.

Fabrics from the Honeycomb collection are made from two layers of material, which provides better thermal and acoustic insulation.

Pleats are easy to clean. You can wash them by hand with a mild laundry detergent and water solution at a temperature of around 30°C or clean them using a damp sponge or cloth soaked in a gentle detergent.

Our pleated blinds meet the DIN 4102 standards, which means that the fabrics are flame retardant. Flame retardant blinds are ideal for kitchens and children’s rooms, so you can stay safe and sound.
