Once you place your order, your custom-made pleated blinds will be delivered to the address specified in your order form within just 10 working days. The order will be shipped directly from our factory in Poland to you or to the nearest pickup point, according to the delivery address provided.
We will keep you informed of all the necessary details to track your package’s journey, including its individual stages – from leaving production in Poland, through being handed over to the courier company, to any potential delivery issues.

Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
The customer may not return items produced on individual order and manufactured to size. The provisions of the law apply in accordance with the Law of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights Art. 38. point 3. Non-refundable goods manufactured or imported on the customer’s order are not eligible for return.
