These Terms and Conditions define the general terms, manner of providing services electronically and sales conducted through the Online Store nordiblinds.com. The Store is operated by DIGITAL LEGAL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia (registered office and correspondence address: Al. Marsz. Piłsudskiego 50/20, 81-382 Gdynia, Poland), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000804394, share capital: 6,000 PLN (fully paid), NIP: 5862348672, REGON: 384407244, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

These Terms and Conditions are available on the website nordiblinds.com in a manner enabling their download, reproduction and recording of their content by printing or saving on a medium at any time.

Use of the Online Store is possible provided that the IT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
The Seller enables the use of free Services through the Online Store, which are provided by the Seller 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Customer may receive commercial information from the Seller in the form of messages sent to the email address provided by the Customer (Newsletter service).
Conclusion of the Sales Agreement occurs by placing an Order by the Customer through the website nordiblinds.com.
The agreement is concluded at the moment of sending the completed order form to the Seller.
The Customer has the option to conclude an agreement both after previously creating a user account on the Seller's website, and without creating an account.
The Customer receives confirmation of the order content at the email address indicated in the order.
Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the European Union and delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
The Customer can choose the following forms of delivery of ordered Goods:
Goods shipment occurs at the moment of booking the payment made by the Customer to the Seller.
The risk of loss or damage to goods and ownership rights to goods pass to the Customer at the moment of handing over the goods to the carrier for delivery to the Customer.
Prices given by the Seller are gross prices.

and include all components, including VAT.
The Customer can choose the following payment methods:
The Customer cannot return products made to individual order and produced to measure.
The provisions of the law apply in accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, art. 38, point 3. Non-returnable goods, produced or imported to order, are not subject to return.
The Seller undertakes to deliver Goods in accordance with the agreement.
Complaints resulting from violation of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law should be directed to the email address: [email protected] or via the contact form.
The Seller considers the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
The Seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods with the agreement existing at the time of their delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.
Goods may be covered by a manufacturer's, Seller's or exporter's warranty.
In the case of Goods covered by warranty, information regarding the existence and content of the warranty, as well as the period for which it is granted, is each time presented in the description of the Goods on the Store's website.
The Buyer has the following options to use out-of-court methods of resolving complaints and pursuing claims:
The administrator of personal data provided by the Customer while using the Store is the Seller.
The purpose of processing the Customer's data provided by the Customer in connection with purchases in the Store is order fulfillment. The basis for processing personal data in this case is: sales agreement or actions taken at the Customer's request aimed at its conclusion (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

All disputes arising from the sales agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved by the court appropriate for the Seller's registered office.
In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code Act apply.
