Cookie Administrator
The administrator of the Service and the entity managing its own cookies is DIGITAL LEGAL Sp. z o.o. (details as in the Privacy Policy). Third-party cookies (e.g. Google, Cloudflare) may also be active in the Service – details below.
What are cookies
Cookies are small files stored on the user's device. They can be read during subsequent visits to ensure the Service's functions, improve security, and provide statistics and personalisation (depending on consent).
Legal Basis
The use of essential cookies is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – ensuring the operation of the Service) and in accordance with Art. 173 of the Telecommunications Law (exception for storage/access necessary to provide the service requested by the user).
The use of analytical and marketing cookies takes place only after consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be granted/withdrawn at any time via the preference banner or browser settings (effective from the moment of withdrawal).
Types of Cookies We May Use
Essential (technical) – ensure basic functions and security, e.g. session maintenance, abuse protection, load balancing.
Examples (Cloudflare): __cf_bm (approx. 30 min), cf_clearance (up to 1 year) – anti-bot protection, access to resources after verification.
Examples (own): Service session cookies (until end of session).Functional (preferences) – remember your choices (e.g. language) and may improve the convenience of using the Service.
Analytical (statistical) – help us understand how you use the Service to improve it (aggregated statistics, e.g. GA4).
Examples (Google Analytics 4): _ga (up to 2 years), _ga_* (up to 2 years), _gid (24 hours).
GTM itself does not set cookies – but may load scripts from other providers in accordance with the consent given.Marketing – used to display advertisements tailored to your interests.

Third Parties
Google Ireland Limited – provider of GA4 and GTM (analytics/script management). Data may be transferred outside the EEA; appropriate safeguards are applied (SCC).
Cloudflare, Inc. – provider of CDN and security services (essential cookies for website protection). Data may be routed through global infrastructure; appropriate safeguards are applied (SCC).
Consent Management and Cookie Deletion
Consent banner – on your first visit you can accept, reject or customise cookie categories. You can change settings at any time in the footer ("Cookie settings").
Browser – you can delete cookies and/or block their storage in your browser settings (this may however limit the Service's functionality).
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Data Transfers Outside the EEA
The use of Google and Cloudflare services may involve the transfer of data outside the EEA (e.g. to the USA). In such cases, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and additional GDPR-compliant security measures are applied.
Changes to the Cookie Policy
We may update the Cookie Policy in connection with technological or legal changes. The current version is published in the Service with the effective date.
