A pleat (also known as a pleated blind) is a type of internal window covering that combines functionality and aesthetics. It is made of accordion-folded fabric, so it can be freely extended and retracted. Unlike traditional blinds or shutters, pleats can be adjusted both from the top and from the bottom. This allows you to adjust the amount of light entering the room according to your own preferences.
Our blinds come with a 24-month warranty starting from the purchase date. Please keep your invoice or order confirmation as it is a validation of warranty. The warranty includes coverage for material and manufacturing defects, along with shipping to the service centre, repair work, required materials, and return shipping to the customer. Please note that the warranty does not cover any on-site customer visits.

Maintaining pleats, both honeycomb (composite) and standard, is quite simple and allows you to maintain their aesthetics and functionality for a long time. Due to their more advanced design, honeycomb pleats can be a bit more delicate, but thanks to their structure they are resistant to deformation and easier to clean, because the air in the cells protects the material from damage. Find out more here.
Selected fabrics used in our pleated blinds are flame-retardant and comply with the DIN 4102 standard. This means the material is designed to slow down the spread of fire and does not ignite easily, which increases safety in everyday use. Flame-retardant fabrics are especially recommended for spaces such as kitchens or children’s rooms, where additional fire safety can be particularly important.
Standard Pleated Blinds
Feature a single-layer fabric construction. Depending on the selected fabric, they provide approximately 30–70% light reduction. A versatile solution for living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and home offices.
Honeycomb Pleated Blinds
Made from a double-layer honeycomb fabric that creates insulating air pockets. They provide approximately 40–80% light reduction, while offering improved thermal and acoustic insulation compared to Standard fabrics.
Honeycomb Blackout Pleated Blinds
Also feature a double-layer honeycomb fabric, but with an additional blackout coating inside the fabric structure. They provide approximately 95–100% light reduction, making them the ideal choice for bedrooms, children's rooms and media spaces.
Honeycomb Blackout provides the highest level of light blocking and additional thermal insulation, making it the best choice for bedrooms.
Honeycomb fabrics offer a balance between daylight, privacy and insulation, making them ideal for everyday living spaces.
The COBEN system features a full-width aluminium handle integrated into the profile, providing improved stability, smoother operation and easier everyday use, especially on larger windows.
Yes. Pleated blinds are an excellent solution for patio doors, floor-to-ceiling windows and large glazed areas. Thanks to their compact design and smooth operation, they provide effective light control and privacy without taking up additional space.
For larger windows, we recommend the COBEN system, which features a full-width aluminium handle integrated into the profile. This design improves stability, makes operation easier and ensures the fabric remains evenly tensioned, even on wider installations.
